Requirements & Conditions:

  • Must apply and be available to start between July 30, 2025 and January 31, 2026

  • Must complete Food Safety and Allergen Certifications within 6 months

  • Must meet all management job description requirements

  • Not applicable to members of the management team who have worked in the past 365 days

  • Bonus will be issued after 6 months of actively working in a management position

  • Only one bonus applies per employee and will be paid out in the highest amount based on progression within the 6-month time frame; e.g., any person hired as an assistant café manager who progresses into a café manager within 6 months will receive the $3,000.00 Management Sign-On Bonus and not the $1,500.00 Assistant Manager Sign-On Bonus
