Requirements & Conditions:

  • Must apply and be available to start between March 17, 2026- September 30, 2026

  • Must Complete Food Safety and allergen certifications within 6 months

  • Must meet all management job description requirements

  • Must become an official assistant manager within 6 months

Not applicable to members of the management team who have worked in the past 365 days. Bonus will be issued after 6 months of actively working in a management position. Only one bonus applies per employee and will be paid out in the highest amount based on progression within the 6-month time frame; ex: any person hired as an assistant cafe manager who progresses into a cafe manager within 6 months will receive the $3,000.00 Management sign on bonus and not the $1,500.00 Assistant Manager Sign On bonus.
